When you apply for a job or make your resume/CV searchable, we share your relevant details (e.g., skills, experience, uploaded documents) with Employers who are actively looking for candidates or who have advertised specific job listings.
If you are an Employer, certain information (such as company details, job postings, and contact information) will be visible to Job Seekers to facilitate the application and recruitment process.
We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate, maintain, and improve our Services (e.g., data storage providers, analytics tools, Auditors etc).
These providers are contractually required to protect your information and process it only on our behalf.
